Full package of the conference

Upon registration, you will receive an invoice to deposit the amount to the account of CYATSEA – Cyprus Air Traffic Safety Electronics Association.

This payment will cover the full package of the conference which includes:

• Participation to all social events at no cost,
• Welcoming cocktail on the evening of Wednesday 8th of May 2024,
• Three (3) lunches at the hotel,
• Two (2) dinners at local tavernas outside the hotel,
• Five (5) coffee breaks,

and also

• Free t-shirt of the conference 2024,
• Free bag of the conference 2024,
• All the conference materials and giveaways

Although the total cost of the package exceeds 300 Euros, the organizing committee has managed to cover the difference of these expenses including all the social events. Therefore, the delegates/accompanying persons will only be charged 150 Euros. Visitors charge is 300 Euros.
